3.2. Job postings must not contain discriminatory content based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

3.3. Salary information must be accurate and comply with minimum wage laws in applicable jurisdictions.

3.4. We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates our policies or applicable laws without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms and Billing

4.1. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

4.2. Users agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the designated payment method.

4.3. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new prices.

4.4. Users are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees beyond our stated prices.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5.2. We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

5.3. Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data.

7.3. We do not guarantee employment or successful hiring outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8.3. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

9.2. The arbitration will be conducted in English and take place in our jurisdiction.

9.3. Users waive rights to participate in class action lawsuits.
